If you have a mixed environment that has at least one windows machine you can
use Seti Queue available at:

I have it installed on a Win 2K machine here is a quick stat from it...
SetiQueue 3.03.1.7 was last restarted on Fri 2001 Nov 23 10:55:23pm (69 days
21 hr 0 min ago)

I am running only the cmd line version, made a bat file for the Win me
machine so it automatically starts the cmd line with  the correct proxy in
the start cmd. My linux box uses it for caching and has had no problems. it
is also very stable ...
