http://www.wakeassoc.com/setidriver/  is the home of SetiDriver.
It caches wu's, integrates with SetiSpy, creates SetiLog.csv files.
But the real reason I use it on my Windows platforms is because it
gives me the ability to select the client priority.  You determine
how much of your processor power you want to allocate for doing
wu's.  To answer your question, yes it does affect processing times.
You can still use SetiDriver with SetiQueue.  Just set SetiDriver
to only cache one (if you only have one processor).  You will see
the proxy/socks section when you get it up and running, just add
your proxy to SetiQueue and your in business.
