Have you actually created a plone site yet?  I assume you are trying to look
at the page at http://localhost:8080/Plone, right?  If it is reporting that
the 'Plone' resource does not exist, that means that no plone site has been
created.  You can fix that by viewing the http://localhost:8080 url instead. 
Click on the link about managing your zope instance (this will take you to
http://localhost:8080/manage), and log in.  Then from the drop-down menu in
the top left corner, select 'Plone Site'.  Give it the ID 'Plone' and leave
the rest unchanged.  Once the site has been added, you can then go to the
first URL and expect to see an actual plone site.
