Howdy. I've just installed Plone for the first time, on a Windows 7 box using the Windows installer package. I can start the Plone controller, and start an instance without problems. However, when I browse to localhost:8080/Plone I get a "cannot connect" error from my browser.
I likewise can't access localhost:8080/mange, or 127.0.0.1/Plone or 127.0.0.1/manage. I've disabled IIS and all other databases. I do have XAMPP installed, but it isn't running. I poked around on the help forums but couldn't find a solution.
