Following up: I can make and receive calls on the second network
interface, but when using two accounts (one on each interface, each on
a different port), after a while registration fails on one of the
accounts with Error 502 "Bad Gateway".  Disabling and enabling the
broken account makes it work again for a while.

I suspect that when the registration times out, sflphone/pjsip sends
the next request using the wrong transport.  I'm going to try
gathering more information.
