Ah, one more thing. You're also fixing
6687328 vim can't set encoding correctly
So be sure to put that in the putback comments. You may also be fixing
6638947 vim is not working correctly with Czech locales
and if you could verify that one way or the other, that'd be great. There
may be other open vim bugs that are getting fixed with this, so if you
could check quickly, I'd appreciate that.
