no. nightly will use the umask you have when you
start it.

you sure that was run when you logged in to zod?
run 'umask' before you start nightly to see what
it is.

I see your build failed again with that scalab error - you
still have DOMAIN set in your environment so it doesn't
look like you ran nightly with 'env -i nightly...'. Last
night at least.
