Section 508 is the US Government regulations requiring all
computer applications have interfaces accessible to users
with various forms of physical handicaps. At one point every
consolidation was required to have a bug subcat for filing
reports of areas they weren't in compliance, so there's a bunch
of little used sec508 categories in bugster.
