Just a note that there isn't just one "top" out there - there's the
classic top from William LeFebvre at http://www.groupsys.com/topinfo/
and there's also the GNU/Linus version at
http://procps.sourceforge.net/ which was AFAIK a complete rewrite.
That's not suprising given the process/kernel information being printed
by the tools varies between different OS platforms but the command line
arguments and the display output also is different.

The CCD version is the "classic" one (version 3.5.1).
