ARCs usually like to see the stability levels of the interfaces in
the imported interface table too, so that each reader doesn't have
to spend a half hour looking up each one.

Really? Xft2? Does this have an X GUI? (I mean I know php
isn't exclusively used in web servers, it just seems like it,
but I didn't know there was any X level interface.)
