form my poor understanding of things, sfw is currently split into two
parts - 'lib' and 'cmd'. There are dependencies handled in each part,
but not between them.
You could try this:
cd $CODEMGR_WS/usr/lib
make slang
cd $CODEMGR_WS/usr/cmd
make mc
