Be sure to run 'wx ea; wx redelget' to set the comments, which are

usr/src/cmd/Makefile:
- When you touch a file, change the copyright date to current year
- This (and other files) isn't showing any version change (on the ident line)
maybe you just missed doing 'sccs delget' on it before generating the
webrev or something is a bit corrupted. In any case, find and fix that.
usr/src/pkgdefs/Makefile:
- Both above comments apply here as well.
Looks ok otherwise.
