No - the instructions we received were to modify *either* the source code headers *or* do a number of other actions, including modifying the packaging, which for us means the copyright file from the SVR4 pkgs, installed in /var/sadm/pkg/... Gina has consulted with Legal, and they have confirmed that prepending the new paragraph at the beginning of the copyright file is acceptable, so I'm going ahead with this now. - Dermot
