If code review coments such as this one continue digressing on tangents unrelated to the point of this CR -- which is what it appears to be happening , then yes, 2010 would be an accurate estimate of when I can putback a one-line change.
Actually the year in the copyright statement should indicate the year the work took place and not when it was actually putback into the gate. :-)
