One question, did you change anything with your Object Manager. Like changing a 
name of an Application object?

A test which you can perform is stop all emulator sessions for this user via 
the command line using: 
/opt/tarantella/bin/tarantella emulatorsession list
To view the active emulator sessions
and kill the sessions for this user by:
/opt/tarantella/bin/tarantella emulatorsession end <sessionid>
