Dear all, I have a couple of users running qstat very often. Once there are many jobs in the cluster, these qstats use a lot of ressources.
I tried to convince the users to stop that, but the problem re-appears pretty often. Furthermore, they try to discuss why job "xyz" started earlier than their job "abc".. which can be very annoying. If there any way to prevent ordinary users to do a qstat or at least to only see their own jobs? The front end machine is a SGE admin host, to allow submitting etc. Thanks for any hint!!
