Hi, Sorry, I forgot to post the resolution after I found it out. Add this to your Manual Startup: #IRC DCC transfers ipautofw -A -r tcp 4000 5000 -h 192.168.0.10 replace 192.168.0.10 with the IP of your machine. Then, in mIRC, DCC/Options, look for a box called "TCP Ports." The default is 1024 to 5000. Well, I didn't want that many ports for TCP, so I just changed it to first: 4000 and last: 5000. Even 1000 I think is overdoing it, but ah well. -Alan Randy Spencer wrote: > I am having the same problem, I would really like to resolve this issue. > > Thanks > Randy > > -----Original Message----- > From: Alan Kwan [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Monday, January 17, 2000 9:06 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [ShareTheNet] Establishing DCC Connections on IRC? > > > I seem to be having trouble sending files through IRC using mIRC v5.51. > > I can receive files from other people via DCC without a problem, but I > can not send.
