I have had similar problem in the past and the answer to my problem then was
you can only have 2 primary partitions on an IDE drive.

If you will delete some of your other partitions you will have luck.  Typically
I suggest if you need more than 2 partitions you need to use something
like system commander to change drive attributes to get only 2 primary
partitions visible at a time, or better yet only 1.
