I have experienced this in the past, where it took numerous tries to get through. But that didn't work anymore either. Only uninstalling and reinstalling SystemWorks worked. I suspect that maybe one of the updates was not a good update and withdrawn later, so that now when I update the buggy one is not included. Who knows?
