If the DSL is connected to eth0, it would seem that it is unable to
connect to the DSL modem.
Can you bypass the STN box and connect with just your computer to the
DSL modem and reach the internet? If so, these settings should quide
your set up for the STN box. Also, it STN recognizing the other card
eth1?
