I was just recently convinced to give Asheron's Call a try. It seems that MS (evil inc.) needs several ports open. I'm not real sure but i'm going by these two articles: http://www.zone.com/asheronscall/help/ASHEconnectissues.asp http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q236/4/30.asp I guess kernels previous to 2.2.3 had a "Loose UDP Routing" bug. MS really suprised me by actually addressing linux issues and not knocking the OS. There seems to be a patch for this or upgrading to a newer kernel fixes that. Is STN going to be updated to a more current kernel any time soon?
