Patrick,

1.  Welcome to the club.  You will find that STN is one of the best 
solutions you can get.  It has the dual advantages of being extreemly 
light-weight, and quite robust.  (the only time MY system goes down, is 
when the lights go out!)

2.  We will need more info:
(a) is this a registered version?  (if not, it is programmed to die off 
after 30 min)
(b) what kind of connection?  How is it set up?  Dialup?  Cable?? 
ISDN???
(c) and so forth....  You know the drill.

3.  You may want to "go back in time" and read some of the other entries 
- as it is highly likely that your problem has been seen, at least five 
or six times before.

However, do NOT let that cause you to hesitate to post questions here!
