I'm guessing the answer is no, but is there any way to get STN to
disconnect and try again on a dialup connection if it gets a specific
remote IP number?

Pacbell, here in Anaheim, has one host machine that's not
functioning. I seem to be getting it more and more frequently (five
times so far today), and have forwarded the IP number and URL of
the offending machine to Pacbell multiple times over the last two
weeks, in various forms, and they seem unable or unwilling to fix it.
I wish they'd just take it offline until it's fixed, but in the meantime
all I can do is ping the remote IP number, but not by name, and
nothing else functions: no DNS, no email, no browsing, no nothing.
