Yes, I've tried that.  Of course, they keep getting derailed as to 
whether I'm dropping carrier, or maybe I've fixed my IP number 
instead of using DHCP, or my modem speed is set too fast, or any 
number of other excuses.  They have all their hosts in a rotary, so I 
can't pick which one I get.  Of course, half the battle is getting 
someone in tech support who knows more about how the system 
works than me (which is not bloody much!)
