Hi,
Does Sharity work with NT Workstation 4.0 SP4? The documentation doesn't seem
to differentiate between server and workstation. However, when I tried it this is
what I got.
Script started on Tue Mar 23 12:21:45 1999
$ cifsmount //192.168.0.47/databin /mnt/databin -N
Connecting Server: UNIX: Connection refused
However, it seemed to connect when I telnetted.
$ telnet 192.168.0.47 139
Trying 192.168.0.47...
Connected to 192.168.0.47.
Escape character is '^]'.
��Connection closed by foreign host.
I didn't get a connection refused that I would receive on a service-less port, like
this.
$ telnet 192.168.0.47 4
Trying 192.168.0.47...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
$ exit
Script done on Tue Mar 23 12:22:39 1999
So how do I fix NT Workstation so it would cooperate?
