Hi All, I have a hard to steer car. The pump was low on fluid and the belt was loose. The thing started steering hard so I checked it out. The car never worked any better after tightening the belt and adding fluid. How can I tell for sure if I have a bad pump or rack. I don't know why, but I have a feeling it's the rack. I'd hate to put the pump in if it's the rack. Thanks
