Hi Peppe, Your problem with the shimmer dock (programming board) is most likely driver related. What operating system are you using?
If using windows you must ensure the FTDI drivers are correctly installed, as described in section 1.5.2 of the shimmer user manual (rev. 2rd). In particular make sure the "Load VCP" check box is ticked, as missing this step is the most common reason for having issues programming shimmers in windows. If this is not the problem you should contact [email protected].
