Testing performed on windows Vista and windows XP with great results
(>90% success).

The SD bypass does work well on Windows7 when tested over a year ago,
but I haven't tried in it a while-- if you are using known good media
and getting issues I would wonder about some recent "improvements" in
the mounting process or a service pack.
