+1 to include the google-collections-library (it's pretty good)

BTW, I think it's possible to setup a maven repository on code.google (and then 
include that in the Shindig project)

It's called alpha but that is just Google being Google (at least gmail isn't
beta anymore). Just so you know, we use all of the code internally in all of
our products.

I don't know too much about the apache libraries but I know that it is
completely separate and fulfills some different but overlapping needs.
(That's at least what their faq says :)
We can probably get by without it if we choose too, I think its more of a
preference.

Oh, and they of course don't collide because the google stuff is under the
com.google package.
