Jira close ability

Hi,

Any chance of having jira close ability for shindig ?
I did a commit on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SHINDIG-473 a  
while back which IMHO closes the issue, but I dont have assign or  
close ability on shindig, so its left open.
