FWIW, you should definitely run rat on the tree before cutting a release.
ATM, rat still reports 485 files without a proper license header. Most
of them are in the PHP part; the java part is pretty well covered by
the maven rat plugin.
- Files in PHPUnit are covered by a license not in LICENSE
- JSMin is covered by a license not in LICENSE
- there are a bunch of additional XML and properties files which don't
have license headers.
Also, the tree builds to 1.0.0-RC1 jars, not 1.0.0-RC1-test2, but I
assume that was intentional to not have to recut the poms every time.
