I would expect that someone at UPS would want to know about your troubles. The problem is finding someone with enough authority to make a change. Problems like this in a company can quickly lead to it's own demise and recovery will be difficult. Personally I've never had any problems with UPS, USPS or FedEx, but maybe I'm just lucky. -Dave
