Harold,

You can go right to the GS site and it's on the lower right. Here's the link: http://www.golfsmith.com/cm/pdf/2002_oem_replacement.pdf If you have Acrobat on your computer, it should print out fine...or, you can do as someone else suggested and go to your temporary inmternet files and move it to a more permanent home in your computer. I'm like Arnie...I print it out and keep it in a notebook for faster reference.

Arnie,
I'm pretty sure they were giving you a load.

I have said for several years now that the problem with Golfsmith phone help
is nobody ever says, "I don't know but I'll find out." They always give you
an answer, sounding as confident as they know how. The answer's relationship
to the truth is random.

I downloaded the file just now. Thanks for the lead; it's useful stuff. I
have a couple of previous years' data, and didn't know they were publishing
the new stuff on the web. I saved it in a reference area (same directory as
my Dynacraft DSFI Annual Shaft Fitting Addendum), and had NO TROUBLE AT ALL
printing it.

Try this, and let me know what happens. I assume you have the Adobe PDF
reader on your computer. If not, download a copy. You'll need it to open the
saved PDF file.

Good luck!
DaveT
