Scott, I could not either but what turned me on to this ad was like I stated in my take off on this adventure, the fact that the puller that I held in my hands at this local clubmakers shop clearly had, KENNEDY GOLF, stamped right into the main body.   My wonderment is if he was going that far why didn't he also put "EQUIPMENT" or did he think I would notice or he did not know how to spell EQUIPMENT.   That is what made me mad.   Hell if I gotten mad at him for doing what he was doing I would of never of gotten into the PULLER" business as there were plenty of shaft pullers out there already.   But the two things I did do that I thought was important was 1/ I never copied anyones design and 2/ I never compared my unit to anybody else puller.  I let my quality stand on it's own merits ,unlike this guy who clearly copied Mitchell's lesser known puller.   My puller is and was a unit that was a stand a lone design and my newest design, the floating clamp jaws are the only thing like it in the marketplace in todays golf repair equipment business.   I have never nor will I ever infringe upon another's product design unless it was done unknowably by me.  Why did I react like I did, well I have ran test on my puller's design wise for over 25 hours per design level to get to the point I am today.   I ran design tests on my phase 1, MKI, prototypes for around 10 hours then after more testing I found out through more testing that two (2) .750  guide bolts were overkill I tried two (2) .625 guide bolts after I found out that they too were overkill I tested two (2) .500 bolts, which is what is used on my present MKVII model today, but at no time did I ever consider going with a lone guide bolt, 1/ because it was used by another company and 2/ Through testing I found that unless you applied oil to the single guide bolt, no matter what size was used, it would w/in about 250 to 300 pulls start gulling up and stop working.   It was through these tests and other things that I had put my Shaft puller through that I am selling it today.   Like I said in my first post on this subject "I DON'T BUILD JUNK"

I can pretty much guarantee that ebay will not take any responsibility for
this, as they are only a service and have nothing to with the actual
products that are being sold. To compound it, what he is doing isn't
breaking any of their rules. I have a rating of 72, and the stuff I've
bought and sold ranges from hunting to electronics to kids stuff to golf
stuff. This rating is for all transactions, both buying and
selling. People that use ebay don't assume that because he has a high ebay
rating that the only thing he sells are shaft pullers. They use the
ratings to determine whether or not he is trustworthy and worth doing
business with. If he pays for stuff he bids on, and delivers products he
sells in a timely fashion, that is really what it is meant for and is
worthy of a positive rating.

Also, I've been keeping an eye on the pullers that he is selling, and I
have seen probably every listing he has had over the last few months. I
never once had the impression that he was selling your puller, or that he
was representing himself as you. By comparing his puller to yours, he
isn't doing anything different than the rest of us when we try to convince
people that the custom clubs we build are just as good as any of the OEM
clubs that are out there.

I can understand why you feel slighted, but I honestly can't see the
problem with what this guy is doing.
