My understanding is Adams sued Nickent and the case was thrown out of court.  Nickent then sued Adams and won.  Adams paid heavily, then a Royalty on future sales that infringed.  They changed their design.

Then Nickent sold their Super Concorde design to somebody or other.  I still have some, but no RH 9w for TFlan.

Tflan,
As I recall Super Concord held the orginal patent on this head design? That being the case Adams is the knockoff;-)

Anyone remember?

tflan,

Super Concord is alive and well. Diamond Tour Golf sells them as well as others. Seems the Super Concord is one of the few surviving golf technologies of recent years. Maybe 'cause it really works?

Hi;

I made up a couple hundred "Super Concorde" headed clubs about 6 years ago, or thereabouts. I think they aren't made anymore. I have a customer who's looking for a SC 9 wood head to match her 3, 5,and 7. Anyone know of a source for a single head, or at least one about the same as the SC?
Thanks

TFlan
