Thanks for  your input You are right its not that simple. here's my  take on it please let me know if I am correct.
1) Adjust handicaps according to course rating for different tees
2) Deduct lowest handicap  from all players ( A male 18 B female 12  Vs C male 6  D female 20 )
  A 18-6=12,  B12-6=6  Vs   C 6-6=0  D 20-6=14.
For  a  Four Ball  Competition  " Where allocations are different for Men and Women  Players receive strokes based on their respective stroke allocations"
A gets 12 strokes from C taken on men's index  stroke holes 1 to 12
                            :A  gives 2  strokes to D
B  gets 6  strokes from C Taken on  ladies index stroke holes 1 to 6
                             B gives 8 strokes to D
                             C   gets no strokes
                             C  gives  12 strokes to A
                             C  gives  6 strokes to B
D  Gets  2 strokes from A taken on ladies index stroke holes 1&2
D   gets   8 strokes from B  taken on ladies index  stroke holes 1 to 8.
 Foursomes
Strokes are received Based on the Men's  allocation
Can Anyone confirm this is correct? Please

Ladies, or gets gets 6 shots from any other player for that matter, if playing from different tees,
get an increased handicap to compensate. Its in the handicap rules. Take a
look at www.usga.org and go to handicapping.

Any one know the answer to this
Playing a mixed fourball playing of differet tees Female opponent has
same hand icap after all players reduced after lowest handicap player
reduced to scratch. Say you both are now 4.
If you play from the same tees No strokes are given But as the Ladies
 have different stroke
index holes to the mens do we get strokes on our own most difficult
holes or simply play level?
