I actually consider this a public matter jhm, every fitter and club builder out there should know that working for this company is a major mistake. I wish some one had tuned me in before I picked up and moved 1700 miles. I could literally spend an hour on the abuses of verbal agreements and insults to my family that she has made that I should have sued her for when they happened. I mean you can yell at me if I screw up but she starts insulting my mother during one of her tantrums. That's totally out of line.
A bit more info they consistantly accept product from venders that are out of spec and just pass the stuff along to their dealers. Just one instance, we wondered why when we got the Q fairway woods in that anyone with even the slightist virtical swing would have this club come up fat al most all the time. Well we cut one open to find a huge slug welded to the bottom of the club so it would make weight. It wasn't in the design but she sold them anyway. A lot of you guys will remember the fiaco the gemini driver heads caused, almost all the faces cracked but she kept selling them. And when the new tour eveelutions came in I had to spend a wekk doing almost nothing but drilling them out to get them to make sets that the head weights matched. I had to drill as much a 3 grams out of someof them. You tell me how consistant a set will play if if one head has 3 grams drill out of and another has 2 and then some don't have any. Some of those heads are gonna fade others are gonna hook there isn't any real consistancy the to head balance. Theres alot more. And people have a right to know!
