I've also had a couple of bad experiences over there thru the years. Not
to go into detail, but my friend Maynard Hunt (sadly deceased - late of
The Hunt Club in Burbank) tried to arrange for a set of their irons and
tried to fit me according to their system, which I felt was pretty
bogus. Finally I just tried to buy the heads and they wouldn't sell
them. Then I sent a letter to the woman who ran the place (can't
remember her name) being really nice, telling her I loved the product,
etc...I got some really arrogant reply...finally I gave up, reshafted my
old Hogans and was very happy...I'm not sorry they're going down.
They're chasing an ever-decreasing share of the market. It's bad
business 101.

Yeah fire me with cause. LOL!! You know she's the one that told me
that she was starting a new business in the same building mind you as
KZG doing casting, you know movie casting not club castings so she
could keep the company afloat. Those were her word exactly! Then
they tell Steve they couldn't afford his salary anymore and when he
leaves they tell people he quit. She tells me after Steve is gone
that she wants to shut down the fitcenter and turn it into a casting
studio she could get $700 a day for it, and when I was in the
fitcenter finishing up a whopping 2 hours of research to complete a
manual to send out with the FitChip (which personally I would never
use to fit with the thing spits out numbers so high or so low you
can't even buy shafts stiff enough or soft enough to build the set.
Steve did a fitting for me with it and we built them, they came out so
stiff I lost 35 yards on mt 7 iron) she comes in and tells me that we
can't afford to pay for that time. I mean one thing after another
that she says to me personally that would lead any one to believe that
heard these things that they are having financial problems.
Hey what can I tell you I an honest guy that doesn't believe in BS'ing
people. I tell it like it is and if people don't like it well tough
shit! If she wants to try and sue me good luck. First of all she
will have to prove she never said those things to me( I have a list of
people that would testify to how nuts she is and how she doesn't
remember things she says or does when she doesn't take her pills) and
secondly what's she gonna get from me, my cat! LOL!
I god damm hated working for her and to be honest I don't care if I
end up in the freaking streets it will be less streesfull than working
for her was! Knowing her she is probably going to contest my
unemployment like she does with almost eveyone that ends up getting
fired there.
Sorry for the rant guys but hey I need to vent too!

Robert,
KZG must be laughing as they now have a cast iron reason to fire
you" 'WITH CAUSE" for making reference to their financial
affairs--- bad luck but it just shows how dangerous the internet can be

That's too bad. KZG made an awesome forging and had some good
designs. However they have shot themselves in the foot numerous
times with their relationships with distributors and trying to
force product on them. At the end of the day, they are going to
get what they deserve, but I am truly sorry that people like you
have to pay for their arrogance. Best of luck to you.

Don't tell anyone I told you but yeha Steve is gone, I have
gone part time and I'm looking for work elsewhere. I really
don't know how much longer KZG is going to stay a float. Now
that I am part time I can't even make my rent. I knew I
should have stayed in Colorado!!!

Hi Robert:
Thanks for the reply.
I am sure what you have at K.Z. Golf is just what we are
looking for.
By the way, I hear that Steve B. is now gone. When they did the
testing last year, Steve made up all the test clubs in my shop.

Bob

Hey Guys:
I need to pick your brain.
Doing some testing for a customer of Golf Test U.S.A.,
and what we need is some sort of pressure plate that will
tell us, (after using customers set up training aid) what
their weight ratio is at address ? (example= 40% left side
60% right side)
Does any one know of such a unit? If so what is it called?
And where can we obtain one?
Thanks in advance
Regards,
Bob
