it states (also in mangle.annotated)

        "This file was introduced in Shorewall 4.6.0 and is intended to replace 
<link>shorewall-rules(5)</link>." 

where <link> is ==

i.e. the same page.  Not helpful.

Is that true -- "/mangle" is supposed to replace "/rules" ? or was "/tcrules" 
intended?
