Fyi, attempting to follow the docs, reading @ http://shorewall.net/manpages/shorewall-mangle.html it states (also in mangle.annotated) "This file was introduced in Shorewall 4.6.0 and is intended to replace <link>shorewall-rules(5)</link>." where <link> is == http://shorewall.net/manpages/shorewall-mangle.html i.e. the same page. Not helpful.
