I don't use SLAAC as stated in my previous email. I use DHCP. I have radvd configured so that a device must get a lease. My setup works.

The Comcast modem won't issue me a PD and it appears that even if it did, that it would not be routed. I've spent a lot of time on this trying to get it to work the 'recommended' way with no joy.
