I have a business account with static IPv4 addresses and a static IPv6 of /56.

Even if I could get IPv6 PD to work, I couldn't be guaranteed to get
the same PD each time.  And then there's the question of that issued
PD being ROUTED to my shorewall gateway.

I would be glad to configure my internal networks to use a /64 but I must
work with what I have.  The Comcast modem won't issue me a PD and it
appears that even if it did, that it would not be routed.  I've spent a
lot of
time on this trying to get it to work the 'recommended' way with no joy.

IPv6 still has a lot of ruff edges.

Which Comcast router do you have, Bill?
