I've tried it again and switched on logging. A few lines before the end of the logfile (and immediately before the error), there is a message, which is repeated several times:
"L 2467 2011-08-31 13:29:24 [WRN] Keine Namensrauminformation für den XMP-Präfix `lr' verfügbar" which means in English: "L 2467 2011-08-31 13:29:24 [WRN] No namespace information for XMP-Präfix `lr' available" Does that help?
