ouch. Just noticed this was happening.
observation 1; create a tag, e.g. 'testtag1'. Do not assign it to any
photographs. Exit and restart shotwell. The tag has disappeared.
observation 2; create two tags, the 2nd tag being the same as the first
one, but with information in brackets. e.g.
testtag1
testtag1 (test string1)
assign photos to both tags. It doesn't matter if they are the same photos.
delete testtag1
testtag1 (test string1) is also deleted.
