We can generate an Ubuntu One account, but I was under the impression you could 
make a file publicly available (assuming you're okay with that).

Other than Ubuntu One, I know Dropbox offers such a feature, and I believe Mega 
does too.

You can send the link to [email protected] rather than this mailing list if 
you'd like to keep the photo private.
