Most of the SHR apps are Python app's they don't have a Makefile. They use
distutils, and because of that *.po can't be compiled at compiletime.
And some apps as opimd-utils aren't intended for translation, because they are
testscrips for developing.

There is no such way, as for every other linux distribution.
