I think it is useful to have a bunch of meta-packages that pull in the corresponding packages, such as "navit-car" "navit-bike", "navit-locale-de_DE" etc. zoff, we fight because we can't put in hackish scripts that work around illumes deficiencies in OpenEmbedded. as those recipes are used by all Openembedded users, including those that do not ever heard of illume. I get enough bad flak from OpenEmbedded developers for pushing bad changes, I am not willing to get my commit access withdrawn for something that can be solved with a simple "unset LC_ALL &&" in our .desktop file We do have a SHR-specific navit.xml so do help us to make that better suited for SHR purposes. Navit shell wrappers is something that ideall needs to be taken up in the OpenEmbedded upstream. And if you think a commit to OE takes me 10 seconds than you don't know OE very well :-) spaetz _______________________________________________ Shr-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.shr-project.org/mailman/listinfo/shr-devel
