AFAIK, it will prevent to start a 2nd navit via the .desktop icon. If the dbus interfaces starts navit a 2nd time, that should still work. I am still intersted in feedback if the --with-convert-librsvg option during navit compilation really is what we need to compile .svg files to .png files.
