Thanks to make me search (I made the patch after connmand -h  output).
I will try to be more verbose next time.

connmand[1] now has an internal DNS proxy server and overwrites 
/etc/resolv.conf
to point to localhost IPv4, but looks like it only listen on IPv6 address for 
now:

root@om-gta02 ~ # netstat -lu -eWp
Active Internet connections (only servers)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address                                       
Foreign Address                                     State       PID/Program 
name    
udp        0      0 :::domain                                           :::*    
                                                        
173/connmand

using the -r switch disables the internal DNS and connmand doesn’t modify 
/etc/resolv.conf acting like previous versions.
