Hey all, I'm running shr-u updated yesterday afternoon, and I'm seeing some weirdness around screen dimming and suspend.
idle_dim is set to 20s - although I've tried changing it to a few different values and it doesn't really change the behaviour. I see what I suspect are two different problems: 1: After a boot, if I don't touch the screen, the screen never goes dim and the FR never suspends 2: After I touch the screen, the screen always dims in 5 seconds - regardless of what idle_dim is set to. as an interesting side-note, if my FR is suspended and I get an SMS, if I don't touch the screen, then it does go dim in idle_dim seconds. #1 doesn't bother me too much, but #2 is *really* annoying - whenever I try to use my FR I have to touch the screen every few seconds to wake it up. It makes using the browser, gps or pdf reader really painful. strangely when I first installed SHR a few weeks ago - the July 3rd build - I didn't see this behavior, but about a week ago now it started happening. I don't believe that I changed any settings or anything like that to trigger it. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I've setup and installed a bunch of things, so don't really want to reflash if there are any options... I'd hoped that the upgrade yesterday would fix it - but no such luck..
