You can capture any number of press-and-holds of varying lengths.
Right now, my power button suspends if I press and hold for less than
0.8second, brings up the illume power menu if I hold for 0.8 - 2
seconds, and shuts down if I press and hold for longer than 2 seconds.
Just select "Delayed Action"  under the "Generic : Action" heading.
Then type in something like mine:
[0.0 exec /etc/enlightenment/suspend.sh] [0.8 syscon] [2.0 halt_now]

As you can see, if you want to run an arbitrary script/binary, you
just prepend "exec".
